Notice is hereby given that the Benbrook Water Authority (“BWA”) will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, June 18, 2013, at 5:30 p.m., in the BWA offices located at 1121 Mercedes Street, Benbrook, Texas, to discuss, consider, take evidence, admit protestants, and potentially act upon the water well permit applications submitted by 1 Western Capital, Ltd.
