PAYMENT OPTIONS

You can pay your water bill a number of ways.

You can also sign up for automatic credit card draft via our website. (You will need to Register for Additional Services if you haven’t already done so in order to sign up for credit card draft). Credit cards may not be used for payments in excess of $1,000.

icon-dropboxA 24-hour payment drop box is located in the customer parking lot on the west side of the BWA main office located at 1121 Mercedes Street, Benbrook, Texas. Please pay with a check or money order, and include your payment coupon, to ensure proper credit.

Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We accept cash, checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Credit cards may not be used for payments in excess of $1,000.

Effective April 20, 2012, we no longer accept American Express.

ACCOUNT

You can view account information including amount due, last payment date, payment history, and consumption history by logging into our online account center. You can also update account information such as phone numbers and email address.

Transfer Service

bwa-53Existing BWA customers may transfer their water service to another address served by BWA by calling our office at 817-249-1250 during normal business hours. Service may overlap at both addresses for a maximum of 14 days. Customers needing service at both addresses for more than 14 days will be required to put up a second deposit at the new residence. The deposit will be based up the deposit requirements in effect at the time the second service account is requested.

Terminate Service

Customers may terminate their BWA water service by calling our office at 817-249-1250 during normal business hours. Customers will need to provide the date they need the service terminated as well as a forwarding address for the final bill.

Temporary Service

Temporary Service is service that last no longer than 48 hours and is available for residential properties only. The fee for temporary service is $25 and includes up to 400 cubic feet of water usage. Usage above 400 cubic feet will be billed to the customer at current water rates. Customers requesting temporary service must fill out a Service Application and a Customer Service Inspection Form and pay the $25 fee prior to service being started.
